I cancelled my order because of the unacceptable delay in dispatching goods. Very poor communication. I then requested my money back, and the delay for refunds is 14 days (welcome to 19th century). It's been over two weeks after the 14 day waiting period and I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent them many emails and some bull...t about systems having a problem... It’s impossible to contact them by phone. I am suspecting fraud / scam and I will be speaking to my bank about recovering my payment.
