Tldr; Shadey seller.
Ordered a bottle of hair gloss. Didn't see any notifications of extra charges until I got my receipt in the email. £5 for delivery sure it's a big bottle but an extra £7 for random yoga insurance is a no. Emailed to cancel order straight away. Got an email telling me that I didn't uncheck the box so that's why I'm charged. Wasn't what I was asking for but OK cancel and refund anyway (this took two days and still hadn't shipped) was told refund would be at max 14 days. Been over a month now. Shadey seller.
