Made an order 12/04/20 and was supposed to receive my items by 22/04/20 nothing arrived so asked for a refund, I was told by Zendesk which is a support company they use in the uk to answer to all contact and complaints I was told I will receive my refund after 14 days if I had left it that many days I would have lost the right to get my money back though Paypal as you only get a certain amount of days to open a case against them so be very careful with is company Carethy which I believe is some kind of scam. Only heard from Paypal today and my money may take another 5 days to go back into my account. what a nightmare. Beware of this company.
