Ordered a product on April 11th. Was given a delivery date of 2 weeks from then, but there was no update on the order after that.
Contacted Carethy to cancel my order, which they did, but then had to chase them for 6 weeks for my refund.
In the end I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my refund sorted.
I'd recommend anyone having refund issues to contact their credit card company to issue a chargeback or if you used Paypal to raise a dispute.
