They ARE A SCAM!!!
I ordered some merchandise in the beginning of March and when they did not deliver on the expected date of delivery I emailed them requesting a refund. They have given me every excuse that it would take "14 business days to process the refund" to "having issues with our payment platform suffered a technical incident and our IT department is working on solving it as quickly as possible". We are now towards the end of June and I still have not gotten a refund !!!!!
