Order was placed on 12 MARCH 20. It did not arrive within stated time frame.
Order cancelled on 15 APRIL 20 and full refund requested via same card as payment was made. Refund promised within 14 days by email on 19 APRIL 20. The refund has not been actioned/ received
I was told the refund had been delayed due to an IT issue ??? Refund still not received some 8+ weeks later
