I have been waiting for a refund on my order that I requested to be cancelled since may. I had a response on the 1st of june confirming that my order had been cancelled as I had requested this due to placing an order in march and not receiving it....I have been told twice now that they have had a failure with there systems and this has delayed my order. I work in complaints my self and do not like to post negative reviews however a refund does not take over 6 weeks to process avoid this company I wish I read reviews before placing an order
