Carethy cannot be trusted. I placed an order July 7th, 2020 which was due to be delivered between July 15-20th. It is now August 6th, so I figured I would check up on my order. I presumed maybe there was a stocking issue due to the pandemic -- totally understandable. NOPE. Carethy cancelled my order and did not so much as send an email to notify me of such. Further, there is no refund issued on my card despite the fact that this order was cancelled weeks ago. Carethy hopes you will order a product, forget about it, then they will surreptitiously pocket the charge. Do not trust this company. If, for whatever reason, you MUST order from Carethy, be on your toes... check your order status regularly and know that they will not be reaching out to you OR refunding you if and when they cancel the order.
