Carethy is a fraud company, never sent goods and never refund, BE AWARE, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!
The customer service always reply with: "Please be informed that your refund is correctly requested. Unfortunatelly we can not provide you an exact date when it will be processed." then technique issues for refund etc. for over 6 month I have never received the refunds.
