Carfax helped me purchase 2 vehicles by allowing me to get a closer look at those I was interesting in. I could see their service history, number of owners, how many miles each owner drove per year, how long each owner own the vehicle, accident -engine-body reports, est. repair cost of mechanical labor/parts, service due reports...etc. I'm really glad I invested in carfax; I was a little sceptical at first, but it proved to be well worth the money for such a big investment. I would purchase again and recommend to anyone that's looking to purchase a vehicle...jjb.
