I used Carfax to help buying my first three used cars and that was very helpful. Then on the fourth car, Acura MDX, I bought another auto report (don't want to mention their name here). It shows a no-accident history, so I went to checkout the car and bought the MDX. Later it turns out that Carfax showed the MDX was claimed total loss due to vandinisim, but that auto report I bought showed nothing about the total loss. What a surprise!
Now I only use carfax for its accurate and inclusive information.
