Very useful tool for car buying. I remember asking ppl for the car fax report and then getting frustated when sellers wont come up with one while wondering if there was smthing they didnt want me to see. Buying a carfax subscription, even if it was for a month, helped me to get ahead in the game and be proactive. Now rather than waiting for ppl to send me carfax, i was checking out carfax reports myself and cancelling out test drives for fishy carfax report cars. The reports helped me do my homework on the car, owner and more importantly saved me time by helping me filter out clean history cars from craigslist. Double thumbs up! :) -- D Singh
