I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester from a GM dealership. Not being a Subaru dealership, I was leery about how much they knew about Subarus. I knew I wouldn't be getting a certified preowned car because the Subaru wasn't a vehicle they sell, so I needed to be sure that I was getting a vehicle that had a clean history. There was no place to turn but Carfax. The dealership offered a carfax report free and that report made the difference between me buying the car and not buying it. Thanks Carfax.
