This was so helpful! I narrowed down my car search to 4 Chevy Aveos that I found on Craigs List and called each seller. The seller who owned the yellow Ave told me that it was a clean title. When I ran a CarFax report on it, I found out that it was salvaged, and had more owners than they told me. It was a lemon car... literally. So happy I used CarFax and avoided the lemon.
