Carfax helped me while searching for a used car. As I would go and look at the car I was interested in, I'd pull up the CarFax. A couple of the cars were not as advertised, thanks to the info on carfax. I left as soon as I saw the info. The last car we found was the diamond in the rough. The CarFax history was clean. I was able to pull it up before I went and looked at it. This saved me quite a bit of travel time as the car was an hour and a half away. The CarFax was true to the car. Nothing was wrong with it.
