In the market for a nice used car, I started my search and pulled a CarFax report on every one. Most allowed me to discard those with bad service or accident histories and schedule a visit to see ones that looked good. The CarFax doesn't tell you the current condition of a car, just gives you a good things such as how many owners it has had, any title issues, accident or major repair history. CarFax helped me find a great used car with low mileage and one owner at a price within my budget. I would never buy another car without using CarFax and tell my friends and family the same.
