After joining Car Fax on line I was asked tio register my recent purchase of a different auto. I can not make this happen. When I have entered the license number ( prior to that my vin) the survey registration will not go any further, I did ask for assistance from the prescribed address on your web site. No return.
I guess I'm not seeing CarFax as a very helpful organization.
