Although the car Fax was useful, it was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss an issue I was having on the site. I tried calling, and emailing, and eventually I did speak to someone who was wonderfully understanding, and helpful, but I had to order 2 so that I could get the information I needed.
It would be beneficial to have someone a customer could talk to right away either by phone or instant chat.
