my husband and i were looking at a dodge caravan...something about it was too good of a deal... when i ran the VIN numbers it had been in two accidents with heavy damage, and flood damage two times.
the owner was proud of the fact it had 128000 miles and when i ran the report it had 140000 before he purchased it... was a bad deal
