I was NOT buying a car I was SELLING my car 11 year old Acura. So to help the buyer(s) I put together a folder with copies of all my maintenance records receipts for replacement tires. I also searched for sale ads of the exact same car in my geographical area. The final help I had for my buyer was to pay for the CarFax report and include that in the folder. I also had the Emission test completed and eventually paid for the Safety Certificate as part of the deal. I think paying for the CarFax report helped my buyer, saved my buyer time AND the cost ($44 in Canada) of ordering the report himself. Thanks CarFax. I would encourage Sellers to obtain these reports, your buyers will appreciate this. M.L.R.
