My husband was buying a truck from a coworker. He swore up and down that the vehicle had never been in a wreck, clean title. After seeing a few questionable bumps and bruises on the vehicle, we went ahead and got a car fax.
Come to find out, it had 2 accidents! There were many excuses for this person not disclosing this information, however, thanks to carfax, people are forced to be honest!
