When I paid for a CarFax for a car I was interested in the web site said that I could check up to five (5) additional cars. So I checked the CarFax for the other two cars I own. When I got my bill........CarFax had charged over $100+ to my credit card and I could NOT get in touch with ANYONE either by email nor telephone to find out WHY I was so overcharged and how to rectify the issue. Bait & Switch?.......don't know. I just know I was over charged with no way to deal with the issue. /crh
