I ordered one (1) Car Fax report for a specific car. I was charged for six (6) and the report did not tell me where the car was serviced - there are a million Honda dealers!!!! - I want to know the city so I know where the car comes from!! Absolutely useless report!!
Their customer service was poor - I am disputing the extra charge of $60 charge through my credit card co. I did order one (1) so I will pay for one!!
Kick the tires yourself - this company is terrible!!
