We set out to buy a C5 Corvette and saw several that we ended up steering clear of after seeing wrecks in the history. We ended up buying a higher mileage one without accidents in its history and couldn't be happier with the car.
On a side note, the VIN limit on the "unlimited" plan really hurt us when we were looking at smaller, independent dealerships that didn't subscribe to Carfax. Please don't call it unlimited if there limits.
