I was selling my VW Golf with no accident damage, and CARFAX told me I had structural damage! The car's rear bumper was clipped while parking at Safeway the year previous. The rep I dealt with was very nice and professional, but it took me over a week to get this fixed, and CARFAX provides no phone number on their website.
I'm not paying for this dealer tool again!
