Looking for a used car can be really scary, but not with a report from CarFax. CarFax compiles all available data to give a detailed history, including any type of service, the mileage history, and any accident reported to insurance or police. Sadly, we found most sellers to be dishonest, and were saved from buying several cars we had good feelings about. We did ultimately buy a car based on the CarFax report. The price was reasonable, and although the car was far from perfect, we knew the owner was honest based on the CarFax report. I highly recommend purchasing a CarFax report before purchasing any used vehicle. It will lead you to good deals and allow you to feel confident in your purchase.
