Unacceptable - I ran it on my Aston Martin DB9 - it wouldn’t allow the upgrades - even though they were listed and checked on the form. Then I contacted you and got the WORST customer service rep because I had requested a refund - OMG the tone of the email and her lack of even trying to understand the issues I encountered - unbelievable. I have used u many times and not had an issue - but this was the worst experience EVER.
