I never got to the report on the vehicle. I got to the page on the internet and clicked on purchase of 1 vehicle report. The message I received "was try again at another time due to technical difficulties". I waited for about 15 minutes and tried again. I got the same message. The next day I checked my bank account and it showed my credit card account had been charged 2 times for the 3 time vehicle info.for a total of $199.98. It took about 8 days after dealing with my bank and sending a message to CARFAX to get the money back. Needless to say I am not sure I want to deal with you in the future.
