After12 years of having the same car with only 60,000 miles on it, the car was totaled by a speeding car.
With the help of a church friend and the use of carfax, I found the car I wanted. Several cars I looked at seemed okay until we took them to the mechanic. Pure Lemon! One dealer was even one of the larger dealerships.
Carfax was easy to use and very informational.
