I was set to purchase a car for my daughter and came across a 1999 Dodge Stratus with only 29,000 miles. The seller said they were true miles and it was only driven to and from the store. I didn't believe the story so I bought the CarFax and learned the store was true. This was the best money I ever spent beside buying the car so cheap.
