I agreed to buy a car and was advised to buy the additional sales packages, including window tinting, servicing and car insurance. Then to be informed by the relationship manager two days later that this is incorrect and the insurance is actually extra. They agreed that this was misrepresentation and offered me a discount of 1000aed. however due to this my trust in them has gone. I do not want the vehicle, all I have requested is the 600aed deposit returned. Still no conclusion,
