I was pressurised into confirming my ID several times, Eventually I confirmed it, But then the man took offence of my attitude and thought I was deliberately having a go at him, But I wasn't and He made me feel Violated by his attitude, I am submitting a formal complaint to the management of the company”

“Had a callback from email request from Gareth, I did not enjoy my experience with him as a representative of car finance 247. He talked too fast he didn't care about spending time explaining things properly. He just wanted me to send my payslip asap and he'd start the ball rolling. When I asked about the interest it was ridiculous high and his reply was because of my credit file/score so that's the only offer you can get. He made me feel it was my fault for the high interest deal, didn't even offer to take time to look for a better , even after me asking him too in an email. He again said it's your credit file and score.
He just came across matter of fact to get a deal. Felt very deflated after my experience with Gareth at carfinance247. Disappointed!!”
