Terrible attitude
I was pressurised into confirming my ID several times, Eventually I confirmed it, But then the man took offence of my attitude and thought I was deliberately having a go at him, But I wasn't and He made me feel Violated by his attitude, I am submitting a formal complaint to the management of the company
