Flights booked to fly to Canada in July 2020. Covid-19 meant the flights were cancelled. Been trying to get a refund since July. They initially responded saying I could have a refund minus a £75 admin fee which is actually against the law I believe but I agreed just so I could have my money back which is over £1,000. No response and it is now November. No replies to numerous emails. Have now taken this up with my credit card company under section 75 guidelines
