They are an absolute disgrace and trying to take advantage of the pandemic - whilst airlines are refunding them the full amount for cancelled flights they are trying to charge £75 for processing a refund.
Basically selling goods/services not providing them and charging £75 for processing refunds - an absolute scam!!!
