I have used carlton leisure on 4 separate occasions now, there was a misunderstanding on our last agreement, the first 3 times to Japan and Thailand were processed really well, and i have no complaints.
Sometimes things go wrong but Carlton leisure have explained the situation to me , and its now resolved.
they have been very helpful.
