Amazing service. One of the airlines changed my flight, so my last flight's new timing meant that I left before I had even arrived. I phoned for assistance and Oscar resolved everything for me. He proposed a new schedule to me and then to the airline who had changed the flight, and they approved. He kept me in the loop, phoning me back each time so that I didn't have to redial etc. All resolved and very happy with the service. It was a complicated route with 8 flights but resolved in a timely manner, with patience and a positive attitude. Thank you, Oscar. You made it really easy for me. Best flight service I've had.
