This was the first time we have used Carlton Leisure and it was a great first experience. We were assisted by Abhi, he was knowledgeable, professional and our booking was very straightforward. Abhi was able to answer all our questions and reassure us. We needed a multi stop flight to Thailand which had proved quite problematic for us to understand and feel confident to book ourselves. After giving Abhi all of our requirements he went away and came back with the perfect package and this was all booked and paid for within a few hours. This level of service is hard to come by and we will most definitely be using Carlton leisure again.
