After the my trip to Canada was cancelled, Carlton Leisure is refusing to comply with the applicable industry regulations and issue a full refund of the tickets.
They have been using all sort of scare tactics, providing false or incomplete information and trying to make me believe that I´m not entitled to a refund.
I´m sure this is a direction for the management of this company to trick a large amount of people who might not be aware of their rights as passengers.
Terrible behaviour that should be investigated by the authorities
