Had 5 flights booked to Japan and China from UK for Easter with JAL. Had to cancel due to covid-19. Received full refund minus the admin costs £75 per person
No problem at all with that considering there was a chance I got no money back.
So am pretty happy. Took about 7 weeks in total.
