I ordered a twin poplar bed for my 4 year old sons’ room. The quality is fantastic and it’s a great piece of furniture. Their customer service is second to none. I had a question on a Sunday and had a response within minutes. Great customer service. For the instructions, I’d recommend they include that you really need to drill pilot holes before putting the screws in. I stripped several before figuring this out. A power drill is 100% needed, though the instructions mention using just a screwdriver, which would not be possible. I’m a 200 lb gym rat and there is no way I could have done it without a power drill. It took me about 90 minutes to build with help from my wife. My son loves it. He’s so proud of his big boy bed.
