I wanted four 5x5x34.5" vase turned column legs in maple to support a very heavy slab of granite that will make a kitchen table. I did the online chat and the guy told me it was possible but would be a custom order. He gave me a price, which I agreed to, and sent me an invoice. I paid the invoice and a few weeks later the legs showed up on my doorstep, nicely packaged and well protected. It was very simple, there were no surprise fees, the legs were very good quality and they were even already sanded. Maple was fine and took paint well. I was able to track the delivery through UPS Ground, but they basically showed up when they were supposed to. Kudos to Carolina Lag Co. I'll buy from them again.
