The ordering process was very easy especially since the chat was with an actual person rather than a bot. The bed arrived faster than anticipated. Since the wood was already sanded, finishing was a breeze. Assembly took less than an hour. The dowels and bed bolts hold each corner snug, so there are no squeaks. All I needed to add were felt pads to protect my flooring.
