I have awarded you 4 stars because your shipping department erroneously failed to carry out the nomination of CFS, which resulted in demurrage costs. The client was very angry because it cost him 60 dollars extra. Nomination of CFS means you have 30 days to clear, against 4 days only, which we got. Kindly inform your people to always follow instructions.
