“I'm a very experienced importer and have made several purchases from various Japanese car dealerships, but what happened to me this time makes me think about giving up. I invested a lot of money in a VW Tiguan, but imagine the terrible surprise I had: all the shock absorbers are ruined, and I'll need a good amount of time to reflect before I can import from Carused again. The saddest part is that when I spoke to my sales representative, the only thing he said was, "I'm sorry," and nothing more. So my car still doesn't run after all the money I spent. Imagine my disappointment.”
