“The company is quick to respond when an inquiry is made but needs to inform the client on the defects on the car. The vehicle need to be of merchantable quality when selling it. The company need to check what it is selling because it can demarket the company. My vehicle came with so many defects which the company there could have resolved before sending it. No shocks, non functional sunroof, finished battery and non functioning doors .”

“The quality of the car was very good. It was Auction Grade 4. The front shocks were completely worn out so had to be changed otherwise all excellent. Only issue is carused.jp does not have a local branch or a local account to transfer the funds into which would make buying a lot easier and customers would be more confident.”

“Foi primeira vez que faço importação de carro com esta companhia e a experiência foi boa e recomendo a quem também queira fazer importação. Para além de ter a possibilidade de negociar o melhor preço o atendimento vou sempre cordial e oportuno tanto respondendo as minhas questões bem como me informando de todos os passos inerentes a importação. Obrigado a toda equipa, estou satisfeito com o carro. NB. Só lamentar que recebi o carro sem pneu sobressalente. Mas não ponho aqui isto em causa porque sei que as vezes alguns acessórios de viaturas são vandalizados mesmo aqui no Porto de Maputo.”
