At first, it embarrassed me to receive sentiments like this email copy and WhatsApp message:- "Re: TT COPY AND INVOICE ATTACHED Carpaydiem/Carused.jp_Support To chinthola2004@yahoo.com May 20 May 20 at 12:45 PM carused.jp Good day. I hope you're doing well. Thank you for your email and interest in buying a car from us. According to our system it shows that you made BUY NOW but the unit was already reserved by another customer. I have also talked to you account manager and I can see that you were informed that the unit was reserved. Please talk with your account manager to get another unit. Kind regards, Kinya " And a Whatsapp message like this:- "I kept telling you that this car is reserved but you did not listen." However at the end you have proven to be trustworthy - I have left me with smiles. Looking forward to doing more business with you. Thanks a lot.”

“I purchased 3 vehicles at once from Carpaydiem Company in May. I was given good discount. All cars were shipped in June and I received them in mid July. Communication was smooth. Documents delivery both online and hard copies was efficient. Most importantly, all the cars were as advertised and seen on their website. I personally drove all the cars from Dar es Salaam to Lusaka without experiencing any mechanical problems. I'm already negotiating for some 2 more vehicles for payment this week. I cannot hesitate to recommend this company to everyone seriously interested in importing cars from Japan.”
