“Good morning. Do you inspect the cars you sell? I received a car from you that is broken. The timing chain and hydraulic tensioner need replacing—that could cost up to £2,000! What am I supposed to do with this car now? Scrap it? I can't afford the repairs. I can't drive it anywhere because it isn't even registered in the UK yet. I’m asking: what should I do? What will you do as a company? I am disappointed and in despair...😢”
