We received the car the with problem of gearbox, please, find attached the video We take the car to mechanic to solve it and they charged us 1524USD to change the gearbox and now we asking the reimbursement

I'm a very experienced importer and have made several purchases from various Japanese car dealerships, but what happened to me this time makes me think about giving up. I invested a lot of money in a VW Tiguan, but imagine the terrible surprise I had: all the shock absorbers are ruined, and I'll need a good amount of time to reflect before I can import from Carused again. The saddest part is that when I spoke to my sales representative, the only thing he said was, "I'm sorry," and nothing more. So my car still doesn't run after all the money I spent. Imagine my disappointment.

It's been three months since I bought the car, but I still haven't received it. Furthermore, the your agent in Kenya lost the relevant documents. How on earth do you manage the agent? I can't trust your local agent and their work is very slow and not transparent. Please let the local agent handle things quickly and accurately.

Vous avez un petit problème dont vous êtes mal organisé, comment un numéro de téléphone de vos représentants peut être utilisé par tout les monde sans pour autant laisser le dossier du client au nouveau qui entré ? Exemple: aujourd'hui je parlé avec Valentin sur le même numéro et demain j'écris on me non c'est Fred est il connaît rien de ce qu'on n'a parlé hier il me dis d'attendre encore Valentin le jour qui va entrer

You have to improve on the car condition before shipping, because I faced some serious challenges with two cars from your company.At first it was the Mazda CX-5 and the recent one was the Toyota Vanguard which had a Brocken engine.Am at a big loss up this time due to the same challenges.

There was a problem with them, not shipping the roof rack which they refunded to me. But it also had a blown head gasket which after spending over $3000 I am hoping it’s OK but I spent 3000+ dollars more on getting it right that they should’ve known about

Unfortunately the car was towed from the dorking ship to the cargo centre in Dar es Salaam. Carpaydiem CO through it's selling website Carused.jp knowingly and deliberately sold me and shipped a non runner Jeep. They are crooks. They displayed it on the website as 3.5 grade just to make a sale. No fair trading at all. Costed me a lot of money for repairs. All the evidence was given to Carpaydiem Co. No customer care at all. Iam very disappointed 😞

It has been two weeks since I received the Toyota Vanguard I purchased from Carpaydiem CO, and I am truly disappointed. The suspension is completely damaged, the fuel tank was nearly empty—we had to tow the car from the port in Dar-Es-Salaam. On top of that, there was no wheel key or jack. A total disappointment!
