“I am extremely disappointed with how Carpaydiem (Carused.jp) has handled a major issue with my recent vehicle purchase. One of the cars I bought was delivered with a severe defect, forcing me to spend unplanned time and money on major repairs just to make it roadworthy. Despite submitting all official evidence—including government-verified tax receipts and detailed garage invoices showing the exact work completed—the company has failed to handle this matter with the attention it deserves. I explicitly requested a clear timeline for a resolution, but no timeline or meaningful feedback has been provided. To make matters worse, the sales agent I previously engaged with when buying these vehicles has completely stopped responding to my messages. Rather than receiving accountable customer service, I am being treated as though I am making unfounded accusations about a defective vehicle sold by your platform. As a customer who suffered significant, unbudgeted financial loss, I deserve to be heard, given proper feedback, and provided with a clear timeline for a cash refund. I urge management to step in immediately and resolve this issue.”

“Good morning. Do you inspect the cars you sell? I received a car from you that is broken. The timing chain and hydraulic tensioner need replacing—that could cost up to £2,000! What am I supposed to do with this car now? Scrap it? I can't afford the repairs. I can't drive it anywhere because it isn't even registered in the UK yet. I’m asking: what should I do?
