I boat my vehicle from Carpyaydiem with serious problems witch made me to look for a professional mechanic and spend more money before I do nothing. Your services for check vehicle and inspection are very poore. For real you need to improve and check again carefully who is responsible on this area. I do send a complain the day I received my car but no action from you and nothing they have told me about that. I'm very disappointed with carpaydiem... Best wishes

The company is quick to respond when an inquiry is made but needs to inform the client on the defects on the car. The vehicle need to be of merchantable quality when selling it. The company need to check what it is selling because it can demarket the company. My vehicle came with so many defects which the company there could have resolved before sending it. No shocks, non functional sunroof, finished battery and non functioning doors .

The car required me to do a number of repairs on first use in the steering lack, steering sensor, the horn was off, front number had a sponge I don't know why

The car was recived in good shape. Good condition everything intact. My only problem was the shipment took long. Work on your quick shipments for full customer satisfaction.

I appreciate the truck but when it arrive there was no thing as spare tools, jack, wheel, key where not there. We order this truck since february but it arrived jully. The delay was caused by your transportation mode in the container and we had difficulties to get it from the port.

I was pleased with the amount I paid for my Jimny, but the exporting department needs work. They have a hard time understanding the different procedures and requirements of different states and refuse to work with you in providing the necessary documentation. The other downfall is the exportation department is only able to communicate through email, which in turn creates a lot of back and forth with big gaps in communication due to the drastic time difference.

Initial contact and response was good, however it took ages more than a month to ship the car. Also the details of car was not included in invoice like Engine number, that added a problem in finding engine number and customs clearance in Thailand.
